RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Please read the description of the item and view the images carefully before purchasing. Items sold are mostly pre-loved or if new, will be stated and the condition of each item is clearly described on the website. Pictures provided are included as part of the descriptions.
Please note that we do not have any guarantee on vintage watches and vintage cameras and therefore is not included for returns. These items are described as per they were at the time of our possesions. In general, vintage items needed to be serviced every few years to maintain its working conditions.
In an unlikely event that you receive your item damaged or not as described, we are happy to offer you a full refund. If your item is received as described but you are not entirely satisfied with the product we are happy to offer you an exchange. Shipping cost is bearable by the buyer in this case. In both cases, you must return the item within three days of receipt and in the same condition as when you received it, with all tags still in place, in order to be permitted an exchange or refund.
Refunds and Exchanges Policy
You must notify us of a return or exchange within three days of receiving your item. Prior to returning your item, please email us firstname.lastname@example.org stating the reason for the return, name and contact details and we will email you a Return's ID number. We are not able to process the return after the three days.
The item must be returned to us in the same condition as you received it, in the same packaging and with all tags and labels still attached. Please write clearly the Return’s ID number on the outside of the packaging when returning the item.
If the item was damaged or not as described on the website you will not be charged any return shipping fee. We will organize a courier to collect the item from you directly.
If the item was received as described on the website and you are returning the item for another reason, you must arrange for the item to be delivered to us at your own cost.
Once your return has been received, it will be inspected and we will then process your refund or exchange.
If you are entitled to a refund we will reimburse you the cost of the item less the original shipping cost. The refund will be issued via the original payment method, mode of payment when you purchased from the website.
If you are entitled to an exchange, please email us with the item you would like to exchange it for.
